By accessing this website or joining the Qavo waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit the form.
Early-access website
This site describes a service that is being prepared for private beta. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, reserve a place in a specific order, or require Qavo to launch a feature, destination, or service on any particular date. Product details may change before launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to join the waitlist. The current waitlist is intended for people in the United States.
Permitted use
You may use the website for personal, lawful, noncommercial purposes. You may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
- Interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or use automated systems to abuse the waitlist.
- Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit site content except as allowed by law.
- Use the site in a way that violates another person’s rights or any applicable law.
Communications
When you join the waitlist, you agree to receive emails about Qavo early access, launch plans, and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. Transactional responses to your requests may still be sent when necessary.
Ownership
Qavo and its licensors own the website, branding, software, text, graphics, and other content made available here, except for content identified as belonging to someone else. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Qavo is not responsible for third-party sites, services, availability, or practices, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this pre-launch website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Qavo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qavo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of this website or waitlist. Where liability cannot be excluded, Qavo’s aggregate liability relating to this pre-launch site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website or waitlist, and may update these terms as Qavo develops. Updated terms take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
General terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about this website and waitlist.
