Information we collect
When you join the Qavo waitlist, we collect your email address, whether you are interested as a buyer, traveler, or both, and any optional destination interest you provide. If you contact us, we also receive the information included in your message.
Our hosting and database providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs, to operate and secure the site. We use a one-way fingerprint derived from request information to limit abusive waitlist submissions; we do not use it to build a visitor profile.
How we use information
- To manage the waitlist and send early-access, launch, and product updates.
- To understand which Qavo experiences and destinations are most relevant to potential members.
- To respond to questions and support requests.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, store waitlist records, send communications, or protect the service. These providers may use the information only to perform services for Qavo. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Data retention
We retain waitlist information while we prepare and operate early access, and for a reasonable period afterward for support, security, and legal purposes. We may retain limited records when required by law or needed to prevent abuse. You may ask us to remove your waitlist information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in an email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Qavo develops. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
