Buyers approve the complete cost before a traveler buys an item. If the total changes, the buyer sees it before moving forward.
Substitutions, price changes, and selected shipping remain in the request so both people see the same plan.
Messages, receipts, photos, and tracking stay with the order—not scattered across personal texts.
If an item is unavailable, wrong, damaged, or delayed, members can talk through it, report a problem, and request review.
Traveler earnings are released only after delivery and the buyer review window, subject to any active resolution.

What people request
Questions, answered plainly
Before a traveler purchases an item, the buyer sees the full approved total. That includes the item, applicable tax, shipping, and the traveler’s earnings where applicable.
The traveler can update the request with an alternative or a changed cost. The buyer decides whether to approve it; no updated total moves forward without approval.
Cancellation options depend on the order stage. Once a purchase or prepaid label has been created, the order record shows the available next steps and any resolution path.
Qavo keeps messages, receipts, shipping updates, and resolution details with the order. Members can report a problem, work toward a resolution, or request Qavo review when needed.
